Shambhala Art Intensives generally offer all five parts. They are offered biennially in January in Los Angeles, and one was just held in January 2018 in Los Angeles. Intensives were also held over the past few years in Berkeley, Dechen Choling, France, and Melbourne. Please continue to check the Schedules page for programs world-wide. You can also search for contemplative arts programs at Shambhala. There are several videos of previous Intensives in Los Angeles in the Media Library.
